Rental Inquiry Form

Hello! Thank you for considering Samaa Retreat Center for your retreat venue.

We offer two financial options for facilitators wishing to use our venue:

1)You may rent the entire venue upfront, and handle the booking and coordination of all services and activities yourself, including transportation and catering.
2)Your guests book directly with us, and we coordinate services, such as transportation, catering, and body treatments for you. You receive a "facilitator fee" per guest booked. With this option you are still responsible for filling your retreat. You must have a minimum of 6 guests booked 45 days prior to your start date, or your retreat will be cancelled.

We will discuss your preference in detail once you submit the following form, and you can always change your mind before finalizing your contract.
