If your plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 21 (twenty one) days prior to the arrival date to cancel your reservation. There is a $250 cancellation fee per reservation for changes 21 days or more in advance. In the event that you must cancel with less than 21 days notice, please understand that you are responsible for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. Otherwise, you will receive credit for a future retreat.
