Retreat To Mexico!

The Samaa Living Winter Retreat 2025 is going to Mexico! We will convene at the Equilibrium Healing Resort & Spa, nestled in the lush Sierra Madre Mountains, just south of Puerto Vallarta. This serene location is known for its magical healing energies and deep connection to ancestral wisdom, offering an ideal setting for a transformative experience. We’ll be surrounded by so much natural beauty… hot and cold mineral rich healing pools, lush tropical forests, and nearby ocean beaches, creating a tranquil backdrop for spiritual growth and self-discovery.  The gourmet plant based and locally sourced meals are influenced by Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, and prepared on site to nourish and energize. A stunning yoga shala in the trees is for our exclusive use. In this beautiful place we can fully immerse ourselves in our daily yoga and meditation practice, and sink into self-reflection, while connecting with the ancient energies of the land for healing and renewal. Unique spa treatments, breathwork, temazcal and cacao ceremonies will all be offered on site.
