This retreat is about bringing you back to a natural rhythm, the one you’re body was designed for.
For seven days, we gather in the lush rainforest of Costa Rica to gently unwind chronic stress patterns, restore the nervous system, and reconnect with the deep intelligence of the body. This is not about pushing harder, fixing yourself, or performance. It’s about remembering how safety feels in your body.
Surrounded by lush jungle, water, and warm air, we’ll slow down and use the rainforest to regulate.
The Experience
This week centers around nervous system healing and somatic restoration.
You will learn simple, science-informed tools that directly influence the gut–brain axis, vagus nerve tone, stress response, and digestion — practices you can integrate into daily life long after you return home.
Each day we weave together:
- Flowing yoga for vitality and resilience
- Yin and restorative practices to deeply settle the body
- Meditation to connect to consciousness
- Free-form dance and gentle shaking to discharge stored stress
- Breath practices and diaphragmatic breathing to activate “rest and digest”
- Vagal toning through sound and meditation
- Guided somatic awareness practices that build nervous system flexibility
- A supportive digital detox to reduce cognitive overload
You won’t be flooded with theory. You’ll feel the shift happen in your body.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
This is part of your retreat. We’re bringing two skilled biodynamic cranio-sacral therapists so that each woman receives multiple sessions throughout the week.
Cranio-sacral work is subtle and powerful. It supports the central nervous system, releases deep holding patterns, and allows the body’s innate healing intelligence to recalibrate. Many women describe it as the first time they’ve truly felt their nervous system exhale.
The Location
Rainforest. Regeneration. Magic.
Our home for the week is a rainforest lodge and regenerative farm outside of La Fortuna, Costa Rica. Miles of private hiking trails wind through forest, farm, and open fields. The biodiversity is extraordinary — even experienced birders and herbalists are amazed by what lives and grows here. The lodge neighbors the world-famous Children’s Eternal Rainforest — part of nearly 250,000 acres of protected jungle. During our retreat, we will spend a full day hiking and swimming in this sacred, preserved land.
The setting:
- An open-air yoga pavilion surrounded by tropical rainforest jungle
- A spring-fed, solar-heated jacuzzi
- A beautiful pool and hammocks for rest and reflection
- Farm-to-table meals featuring produce and dairy from the on-site regenerative farm
Imagine practicing yoga while toucans call overhead, meditating to the steady drum of rainfall, and eating food grown on the land beneath your feet.
